Non-members of the Japan Association for Language Education and Technology (LET) can submit papers.
The format should follow the provided template (MS Word).
There is no page limit.
There is no specific theme requirement; papers ranging from those focused on methodology to those specialized in individual fields are widely accepted.
Manuscripts should be submitted as email attachments to the research group secretariat, Atsushi Mizumoto (atsushi[at]mizumot.com).
Manuscript submissions are accepted on an ongoing basis.
There is no fixed deadline for manuscript submission, but papers submitted by December 31st each year will be published in the same issue (volume for J-STAGE).
The secretariat will perform a basic format check, after which the paper will be published online in PDF format.
Papers will be treated as "non-peer-reviewed full papers."
Authors should submit with the understanding that papers will be made public on the group's website and J-STAGE.
Authors retain the right to publish their papers on personal websites or institutional repositories without seeking permission from the group.
Papers published in the collection can be extensively revised and resubmitted to academic journals or reworked as book chapters.
