概要

メソドロジー研究部会報告論集は、研究方法論に関する研究成果、実践報告、技術報告等を公開するオープンアクセスの研究報告書・技術報告書シリーズです。投稿は随時受け付けており、外国語教育メディア学会（LET）会員以外の方も投稿できます。

本報告論集の既刊記事は、引き続き部会ホームページおよび J-STAGE から無料で閲覧できます。第19巻以降に掲載される記事は、インターネット上で認証なしに無料公開し、各記事にクリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンス CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 を付与します。

投稿・編集規定・オープンアクセス方針

書式はテンプレート（MS Word）に従うこと。
ページ数の制限は設けない。
テーマの指定はなく、メソドロジー中心のものから、各自の専門分野に特化したものまで広く受け付ける。
投稿者は外国語教育メディア学会（LET）会員である必要はない。
原稿は研究部会報告論集編集担当水本篤（atsushi[at]mizumot.com）までメール添付で提出する。原稿の提出は随時受け付ける。
毎年12月31日までに提出された原稿には、その年に出版される巻の巻番号が付与され、掲載される。
原稿は「オープンアクセス、査読なし論文」として扱われる。編集担当は、掲載の可否、体裁、リンク、誤字脱字、著作権上の問題の有無等を確認し、必要に応じて修正を依頼する。
提出後も、編集担当が問題ないと判断すれば、公開前まで原稿の差し替えが可能である。
本報告論集では、投稿料および論文掲載料（APC: Article Processing Charge）は徴収しない。
第19巻以降に掲載される記事は、部会ホームページおよび J-STAGE において、認証なしに無料公開される。
第19巻以降に掲載される記事の著作権は著者に帰属する。著者は、メソドロジー研究部会に対し、当該記事を本報告論集、部会ホームページ、J-STAGE その他の電子媒体において公開するための非独占的な許諾を与える。第19巻以降に掲載される記事は、CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 のもとで公開される。
著者は、公開版または最終原稿を、公開後直ちに個人ホームページ、機関リポジトリ、その他のリポジトリ等に掲載することができる。エンバーゴ期間は設けない。
投稿者は、引用、図表、画像、データ等について必要な権利処理を自ら行い、研究倫理および関係法令を遵守するものとする。生成AIその他の支援ツールを利用した場合も、その利用内容と結果についての責任は著者が負う。
本報告論集に掲載された記事は、それをもとに十分に加筆修正したうえで、学術誌等への投稿や書籍原稿としての再編を行うことができる。その場合は、本報告論集での公開を適宜明記することが望ましい。

Overview

The Methodology SIG Research Reports is an open-access series of research and technical reports that publishes research findings, practice reports, technical reports, and other work related to research methodology. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, and authors are not required to be members of the Japan Association for Language Education and Technology (LET).

Previously published articles remain freely available through the SIG website and J-STAGE. Articles published in Volume 19 and subsequent volumes are made freely available online without authentication and are licensed under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 Creative Commons license.

Submission and Editorial Guidelines and Open-Access Policy

Manuscripts must follow the MS Word template.
There is no page limit.
No specific theme is prescribed. Submissions are welcomed on a broad range of topics, from methodology-focused work to studies specific to an author's field of expertise.
Authors are not required to be members of the Japan Association for Language Education and Technology (LET).
Manuscripts should be submitted as email attachments to Atsushi Mizumoto, Editor of the Methodology SIG Research Reports, at atsushi[at]mizumot.com. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
Manuscripts submitted by December 31 each year will be assigned the volume number for that calendar year and published in that volume.
Manuscripts are treated as open-access, non-peer-reviewed articles. The editor reviews their suitability for publication, formatting, links, typographical errors, and possible copyright issues, and may request revisions when necessary.
After submission, authors may replace a manuscript before publication, provided that the editor considers the replacement acceptable.
No submission fee or article processing charge (APC) is imposed.
Articles published in Volume 19 and subsequent volumes are made freely available without authentication on the SIG website and J-STAGE.
Copyright in articles published in Volume 19 and subsequent volumes remains with the authors. Authors grant the Methodology SIG a non-exclusive license to publish their articles in this report series, on the SIG website, on J-STAGE, and through other electronic media. Articles published in Volume 19 and subsequent volumes are licensed under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
Authors may deposit the published version or final manuscript on a personal website, in an institutional repository, or in another repository immediately after publication. No embargo period applies.
Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for quotations, tables, figures, images, data, and other materials, and for complying with research ethics and applicable laws and regulations. When generative AI or other support tools are used, authors remain responsible for how they are used and for the resulting content.
Articles published in this series may subsequently be substantially expanded and revised for submission to an academic journal or reworked as a book manuscript. In such cases, authors are encouraged to acknowledge the article's prior publication in this series where appropriate.
